1. Where do you ship from?
If we have stock at overseas warehouse then ship from our overseas warehouses in the USA and European Union for fast local delivery. Delivery times vary by region but are significantly faster than direct shipping from China. But if no stocks at oversas warehouse,then ship from China factory.
2. Do you offer drop shipping?
Yes! Most of models we provide reliable drop shipping services for retailers. But also have some models not support ,please contact us to check. Thanks.
3. Can I customize products with my own brand?
Absolutely. We specialize in OEM/ODM services, including custom branding, design tweaks, and packaging. Minimum order quantities (low MOQs) apply – [contact us for details.
4. What’s your warranty policy?
Easylife products come with a 12month warranty ,contact us for details.
5. Are your products certified for safety?
All products meet CE, FCC, ROHS, and UL standards (region-dependent). Custom OEM products can be certified to your market requirements.
6. What’s the lead time for bulk OEM orders?
Standard lead times range from 30–60 days after final design approval. Urgent production may be available – discuss with your sales manager.
7. Do you supply spare parts?
Yes. Parts for Easylife and WalkingPad products are available via our support portal. OEM clients can stock parts through our warehouses.
8. How do I become a distributor?
